Processing time and Order cut-off times: Orders typically take two to five business days to process. Processing times vary depending on the item. We do our best to list accurate processing times in each item's details section. Orders after 8 A.M. Central U.S. Standard Time may not be processed by our staff until the next morning.
Delivery time: Carriers pick up every weekday by 5:30 PM at our location in Dallas, Texas (excluding holidays). Delivery times depend on which region your order needs to be delivered to. Please refer to the maps below for an estimated delivery times.
Packaging: Orders which include postage fees will be shipped in our custom Metro Uniforms corrugated boxes. Orders with free shipping may be packaged in a plastic envelope bag. Each garment is protected inside a protective sleeve. The protective sleeves are intended to keep your garments clean through storage and delivery; however please be aware all poly-bags, films and plastic wrap are a choking hazard, so keep the sleeves and other packaging away from young children!
Preferred Carriers: Metro Uniforms' preferred shipping method is via UPS Ground, however, an alternative delivery service may be used at our discretion. We are limited to shipping your order based on the postage amount paid for. Alternative carriers include: U.S. Postal Service and Fedex. Please contact our customer service line to request a specific delivery service if you require so. Additional charges may be rendered.
PO Boxes and APO/FPO: We may call you at the phone number provided in your order to request an alternative address if a PO Box is specified as your shipping address. We may ship to PO Boxes via U.S. Postal Service at our discretion.
Hawaii, Alaska and other Non-Contiguous U.S. Territories: Metro Uniforms' preferred shipping method for non-contiguous states and territories is via U.S. Postal Service. We recommend upgrading your shipping method to a service with a tracking number or delivery confirmation. Customers may be contacted to upgrade their to delivery confirmation or tracking number. Metro Uniforms cannot be held accountable for items not received for orders shipped without delivery confirmation or tracking numbers.
Special instructions for delivery: Although we try our best to cater to every customer's requests, we are limited to sending the doorstep of the shipping address, and no further. Special delivery instructions included in your order comments may not considered contractual.
Non-guarantees and undeliverable addresses: Unless otherwise specified, orders with substantial proof of delivery to the address specified in the purchase order will be considered as delivered. Receipts for the package by the carrier is considered substantial proof. It is the customers' responsibility to ensure a safe address to deliver, and Metro Uniforms cannot be held accountable for items not received but delivered. We recommend purchasing insurance if you must deliver to a risky address. Please contact customer service to purchase shipping insurance.
